Trolltunga Camping - Odda

The cabin was nice, but the WiFi barely worked and the bathroom was dirty.

Reasonably clean place with excellent and hospitable staff and exceptional view of the lake. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Excellent service at all times. Amazing location in a beautiful area not far from mountains, bus stops for bus in to town, and buses to Odda's town centre. The nicest place to stay when travelling to Odda.

Consider bringing your own bedding for added comfort, as the mattresses can be worn out and may affect your sleep quality.

The fine views right next to the fjord were amazing. The room was well-maintained, and the shared kitchen had all the necessities (great for a budget!). The friendly staff even assisted us with local tour options.

The rooms were a bit small, making it slightly cramped for two.

The room was clean, but it felt tiny-more like a cozy prison cell. The twin beds were comfy enough, but sharing a bathroom with no towels made it awkward for showers (20 NOK for 5 mins!). On the bright side, it was quiet and the cleaning duties weren't too intense. Staff was helpful, and the surroundings felt nice with the camping vibe. Just worth noting that it might feel cramped if you're expecting more space.

The location had fine views around the campsite, especially the proximity to the lake. The shuttle service for the Trolltunga hike was perfectly convenient. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable, a plus after a long day of hiking. There were some downsides. I found the room to be quite small, lacking adequate amenities for the price. Showers required an extra fee of 20NOK for just five minutes. The check-in process lacked personal interaction as there was no reception available . Plus, the kitchen door was difficult to open, limiting access to the cooking facilities. In general, while there were highlights, the additional costs for basic amenities dimmed the overall experience.

I enjoyed the fine views of the nearby lake and the cute atmosphere that the staff created. The shared kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare meals comfortably in a relaxed setting. The cozy room had everything I needed for a restful stay and was kept very clean throughout my time there.

Trolltunga camping is perfect for hikers! The staff was super friendly and helped me with my questions. It's close to the trail, and i loved that they let me leave my luggage while i hiked. The facilities were clean, and the kitchen had everything i needed to cook.

A hidden gem! We had a wonderful experience in a well-equipped apartment boasting fine lake views. The staff were friendly and knew the best hiking routes. It's an optimal spot for nature lovers, with easy access to amazing trails nearby. Clean accommodations and a chill vibe make this place inviting-definitely a rewarding escape.

The location is perfect for hiking and exploring Trolltunga, which we loved. Our cabin felt homely and was well-equipped for our family with a small child. The area around the lake is fine.

My wife says that the kitchen facilities could be improved, especially during busy times.

Comfortable beds, lovely nature, friendly staff, with a great shower that helped us recharge after the hike and the shuttle to Trolltunga just a 2-minute walk from reception made exploring easy.
